Study Time

"You're welcome, thank you so much for coming to help again." Jiyong said as he helped her into a chair. "Water is best, yes."

Jiyong then handed her the boxes for Nox and Gaius. "one is soup, if he can't be bothered with the chewing."

"Don't." Nox said then, really crying. His tiny furry body vibrating from how hard he sobbed. "It's not your fault. I don't need pity, Gaius. I need comfort."

"Well like I can say no," Mireya said with a little smile. "Not that I'd want to. I can't ignore someone in need, especially when I'm so close by." She sat down next to Sirius to start slowing eating some of the food.

"Do you need help?" Sirius asked the espeon.

"No, no, I've got it," Dusk replied, using her psychic gift. Using the same gifts she floated everything she needed around her. She had the food, the waters, the utensils and bowls. Then off she went back to the room with those trailing behind her and around her.

"I'm sorry," Gaius said again. It was his fault, in a way, but neither of them remembered or knew that. He nuzzled his brother again and settled down beside him to give him what comfort he could until the espeon returned to the room with the food.

"I know. You're a good girl." Jiyong said with a smile, though it didn't quite make his eyes. "Thank you Dusk, you are a good girl too."

"It's okay. It's okay." Nox repeated, more to his brother than to himself. He licked Gaius' ear and then looked over at Dusk.

Mireya chuckled. "I'm so happy you think so," she said. "I do try." But she was the Princess of Fairies. And traditionally they had all been pure of heart and soul. So she couldn't help but be anything but good.

"Thank you for thinking so, Uncle," Dusk said with a little smile and shut the door to the boys' room behind her. "Oh, I'm sorry if I'm interrupting family time. I've brought you food and drink." She jumped onto the bed and set all of the things neatly down from where they'd floated around her. "You don't have to get up. I can feed you. What would you like first? There's water, meat, veggies and some soup."

Jiyong continued to smile. Though it was beginning to become difficult to focus. Mostly because Taeyang was fighting Yveltal. It was never a fun, or pleasant experience. "Are you both okay?" He asked after a moment.

"Gaius needs to eat first." Nox said, he didn't know that Sirius had picked him out something. But he'd be thankful of it. "then I'll eat the meat and veggies."

"I'm just a little tired now," Mireya said. "I'll be going home soon. Unless you'd like me to stay here and check in with Nox during the night. It might not hurt for someone to do so every few hours just to make sure that he's healing up all right." She knew her family wouldn't mind her staying over with the twins if she was looking after a patient.

Sirius just shrugged and stayed quiet. He wasn't sure what to do or say about this kind of situation. He didn't think he could even help. He wasn't normally quiet but when things got bad he tended to withdraw. "I'm good," he said. "I'm going to take Grim for a walk after dinner, if that's okay."

"No," Gaius protested. "I don't need food nearly as much as you do."

"Gaius has food right here," Dusk said and moved the box with his food closer to the vulpix. "You can both eat at the same time. Don't worry about it." She wasn't going to let the patient put off eating for his brother. She didn't think her uncles would tolerate that if they were the ones in the room.
