"She hated it at first. She wanted to scratch my eyes out. No joke." Wolf grinned it had be so very hilarious. "But my big heart and harm won her over. It will you too."

"Oh is that so?" Blake asked curiously, eyebrow raised. "Wait," she said. "You want to adopt me? That's a bit awkward..." She'd only been making out with his daughter less than twelve hours prior.

"I don't know. I just know you'd be an amazing addition to our family, even if we gave you to one of the others..." Wolf said, but... Well, part of him didn't want too. "I don't really want too. I lost my parents in a violent manner like you did, I just... I feel we have stuff in common, like maybe we'd gel well and I could help you with stuff..."

"What kind of stuff?" Blake asked curiously. She wasn't sure how Hex was going to take it if she suddenly went from being potential girlfriend to sister. It wasn't like attraction just died in an instant. Well, maybe it did but it couldn't be normal.

"Could teach you to fight properly rather than scrap, or just understand you and the loss of your parents." Wolf shrugged, "plus you could help me with hunting for food and I could teach you how to hunt poachers."

"I like the idea of hunting poachers..." Blake said and looked thoughtful. "What are the rules of this? And what happens to me in a few years when I grow up and am an adult? Do I get to come back here? And are you going to try to restrict my dating life like you do Hex?" Because that part didn't seem fun.

"Well." Wolf said as he thought about it. "I would like to instill self worth into you. You shouldn't do stuff with people until you've been dating a long, long while. That's my personal opinion that you deserve better. If you decide that you want to move back here later in life that's fine. You don't have to stay with me forever, but as family I would like for you to stay in contact and visit. I don't make hex stay at home all of the time obviously."

"How long do you considering to be a proper time for dating? I mean, that's not something fiends really do a lot of, you know? Just the ones that can adopt human form and have adapted more to human cultures and societal ideas," Blake said.

"They also only have sex to procreate so, let's not with that because I will find a loop hole to sex in general." Wolf laughed, he couldn't help himself. "A bare minimum of six months. That's, literally a good way to know if you want to be with a person for longer than a hot second and know they're not only out to get in your pants."

"That is a long time," Blake said. "No wonder you freaked out yesterday..." He hadn't asked her a thing about how she felt about Hex and the like. Just if she wanted to be adopted. She wondered what they'd talked about last night that is seemed dismissed they were interested. Maybe that had been vetoed?

"I can basically read your face right now and see your judging me." Wolf said, which hurt his feelings. "I don't want to pry about things with Hex. It is kind of gross for me, on top of that I know the answers to the questions I have. You've barely just met, you're not in love. You could possibly think you are, but you're not. Sorry. That's a really horrible thing to say and I know it is, but I also have been fifteen once believe it or not. So I know. I was in love with a new person every month. Thst doesn't mean you guys will move on so fast. But it doesn't change it. Besides, you should both be yourselves and figure that out before you become a we. You don't even know who you are yet, you admitted it to me yourself how can I trust you with hex regardless of if I want to adopt you, knowing you are still figuring that out? I can't. You could change your mind and hurt her. So you can either judge me some more, decide I've put my foot in the door of your relationship, or give me a chance. I would prefer one over the other, but it's on you."

Blake looked away. "I'm not judging you. And I didn't think after how last night went that you were going to let us see each other like that anyway." She didn't know how she felt about that. It was all so new. "I get where you're coming from. But I also don't see how I'm going to figure myself out without experimenting. But I see why you wouldn't want me to do it with Hex."

"Experiment with kisses and gropes, because honestly you don't need to do more than that. If it turns you on, it turns you on." Wolf said, he thought kids were so funny with thst. It was a nice try though. "I'm not saying you can't do hand stuff. But you realise girls can only really have sex through foreplay and messing around anyway so you'd just lose your virginity anyway. Which is why I'm not happy about it."

"Oh..." Blake said. She hadn't really known any of that. She hadn't really messed around with anyone before either. "Huh. Okay."

"You know how all of that works. Right?" Wolf asked then, a little surprised. But then she didn't have parents. So she likely didn't.

"Yeah, no," Blake said. "I haven't really talked to anyone about it. I know what the males of my kind want when they come sniffing around but..." She shrugged again. She had no idea how any of that worked.

"Well, if we decide that you are to be adopted by me, we can have that chat. If you don't want me, you can ask who you do want." Wolf said, because he bad no issues with that.

"Well I don't know anyone but you and Hex. I don't know who would even want me, if anyone, and if they'd like me. I'm not exactly housebroken," Blake said.

"Plenty would. We can house train you, it's okay." Wolf laughed, though he wasn't surprised. 'it's not that difficult."

Blake thought about that. "I guess it wouldn't be too hard. I'm not in human form a lot. Would that be an issue?"

"No, my boyfriend Alex likes being a fiend more. I'm also a fiend. But i am used to being human." Wolf said with a smile, but also it meant she wouldn't be doing anything naughty. Bonus.

Well, she could. Just not as easily. So it would be much easier for him to keep an eye on her there. "You have a boyfriend?"

"I really do. He's lovely. You'll like him." Wolf said, he felt like everyone liked Alex more than him and be couldn't blame them.

Alex just wasn't all that intimidating. Plus he was small, like Blake, and that would put her at ease. "Do I get some time to think about this?"

"No, I'm going to demand you make a decision before I finish my food." Wolf said sarcastically and grinned at her.
